Gianni Bardaro

Sessions are guided by Gianni Bardaro, an internationally certified teacher with 500 hours of training from the Sri Sri School of Yoga (The Art of Living), with a registration certification from Yoga Alliance, one of the most recognized standards for yoga teachers.

His training is based on the yogic tradition of India and is aligned with the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH of the Government of India, an organization that promotes traditional disciplines such as yoga and ayurveda.

Gianni Bardaro is also a certified sound therapist by the International Association of Sound Therapy of Spain, integrating into his approach a deep sensitivity toward well-being, conscious breathing, and inner experience.

The practice he guides combines tradition, body awareness, and breathing techniques to create an accessible, profound, and transformative experience.
