We will first confirm availability through WhatsApp.
Once the date and time have been agreed upon, your booking is secured through advance payment. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to prepare your space and experience with care.

What Happens If I Arrive Late?
To honor both your process and our schedule, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled time.
If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session, as the following appointment may already be reserved for another client.
Do You Offer Refunds?
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Advance payment reserves your session time and allows for the preparation required for your individual experience.
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 12 hours’ notice.
